Welcome to S2K Diwali Celebration Instalment Plan (operated by True Life Enterprise). By registering, subscribing to our weekly instalment plans, or making payments through our website (s2kdiwali.in), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Plan Structure & Weekly Installments

• Members agree to contribute weekly installments (e.g. ₹200/wk, ₹400/wk, ₹1000/wk, or custom amounts) for a tenure of 52 consecutive weeks.
• Payments must be made sequentially week-by-week via our integrated online payment gateways (Pay0, PhonePe, UPI, GPay, Paytm) or manual UPI transfer.
• Upon completing 52 successful weekly installments, members become eligible for full plan maturity benefits, bonus gift hampers, and CSIR-NEERI green cracker gift packages.

1.2 Pricing & Tax Inclusions

• All plan prices and product valuations listed on the platform include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Product prices and plan bonuses are fixed at the time of subscription and guaranteed against market price fluctuations during Diwali festival season.

1.3 Account Security & Registration

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (Mobile Number and Password).
• Multiple accounts registered under the same mobile number or email address are subject to verification.

S2K Diwali Celebration is committed to protecting member privacy and securing personal information in accordance with IT Act 2000 guidelines.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Personal Identity: Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Gender, Date of Birth, and Complete Delivery Address.
• Payment Identifiers: Order Reference IDs, Transaction UTR numbers, and payment status logs. (Note: We NEVER store bank passwords, UPI PINs, or Credit/Debit card numbers).

2.2 Data Encryption & Security

• All data transmissions across s2kdiwali.in are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL (TLS 1.3) encryption.
• Payment processing is handled directly by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulated payment aggregators (Pay0, PhonePe, Razorpay).

2.3 Information Sharing

• We do NOT sell, rent, or trade member personal data to any third-party marketing agencies.
• Personal data is shared strictly with authorized courier/logistics partners solely for delivering Diwali gift hampers.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our transparent cancellation and refund process below:

3.1 Plan Cancellation & Refund Request

• Cancellation Window: A member may request cancellation of their instalment plan subscription before completion of the 52-week cycle by contacting customer support at +91 93457 57531 or sabarikarthikeyan1990@gmail.com.
• Refund Amount: Total accumulated principal amounts paid by the member will be refunded back to the member's verified bank account / original UPI source.

3.2 Refund Processing Timeline

• Once approved, refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
• Refund credits take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account / UPI wallet, depending on the payment gateway network (Pay0 / PhonePe / Bank).

3.3 Damaged Goods & Replacement Policy

• If a delivered Diwali gift hamper or green cracker box is damaged during transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
• Replacement gift boxes will be dispatched immediately at zero additional delivery charge.

4.1 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Diwali Festival gift hampers and maturity cracker boxes are packed and dispatched 10 to 15 days prior to Diwali festival date.
• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh.

4.2 Shipping Charges

• FREE SHIPPING is automatically provided for all completed 52-week instalment plan subscribers.
• Orders shipped via surface parcel logistics come with SMS and WhatsApp tracking updates.

4.3 Green Cracker Safety Regulations

• All fireworks supplied conform strictly to CSIR-NEERI Green Cracker regulations with QR code safety certification.
